Appointments MUST be made for all record checks.  All applicants must provide
identification or they will not be processed.


Any juvenile applicant (under the age of 18) will need to:

1. Call Colleen Pursell at (908) 995-2804 to set up an appointment
2. Present themselves with their parent/guardian at the police department
3. Provide their driver's license, if applicable and social security number.  If you do not  
have a driver's license, you must provide your birth certificate
4. Parent/guardian must provide identification (i.e. driver's license)
5. Applicant and parent/guardian will sign a release form


Any adult applicant (18 or older) will need to:
